I’m Derrick Welsh, the owner of Prime Pro Home Inspections, with over 24 years of experience in operations management and more than 15 years in home remodeling and contractor work. My passion for homes began at the age of 20 when I purchased my first home—an unforgettable experience that ignited my deep interest in all aspects of homeownership. This passion led me to professionally train through the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) and become a licensed home inspector in 2023. Additionally, I am a proud lifetime member of INTERNACHI, where I continue to expand my knowledge and stay updated with the latest industry standards.
